TITLE : Strategic Engagement Manager

Location : 575 Market Street, Suite 2800, San Francisco, CA 94105

Salary Range : $172,453.00 - $230,000.00 / year

Job Description : Managing the full partnership lifecycle including onboarding, training, success planning, strategic planning, and partnership expansion / renewal opportunities. Collaborate closely with partner cross functional teams to design and implement co-solutions as well as represent Harvey's value proposition. Strategically identify ways we can make customer success repeatable and measurable; identify, create and track joint KPIs, metrics, and reports. Build and maintain deep relationships with key partner stakeholders, gathering key insights and ensuring needs are captured / met. Do strategic research on expansion areas for Harvey’s product and customer base. Create crisp presentations to present ideas to Harvey leadership team.

Requirements : Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Science, or related field and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in data & analytics space or related role or in the job offered.
