  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Follow established protocols and guidelines to meet service standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to team efficiency.
  • Handle escalated calls with poise and professionalism, ensuring resolution.
  • Offer product or service information to customers as required.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Strong ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively.
  • Proficiency in order entry and data management systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic setting.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
