TEGNA is seeking a creative and driven Sr. Marketing Designer to join our dynamic Growth Marketing this full-time role you will play a central part in shaping and executing TEGNAs marketing vision focusing on building and elevating our brand presence across various digital and traditional platforms. You will design high-quality impactful creative assets paid and organic marketing campaigns promoting TEGNAs digital apps and services.

As a key member of the team you will collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure our marketing materials align with brand guidelines engage audiences and support key business goals. From social media assets to campaign visuals and internal communications your work will directly impact how TEGNA connects with its viewers and digital audiences.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and production of paid and organic marketing assets across multiple platforms including CTV social media email websites video and more.
• Collaborate closely with the Growth Marketing Product Marketing and Creative teams to develop visual content that aligns with TEGNAs strategic goals.
• Design innovative and engaging content for digital campaigns including display ads social media posts and in-app experiences.
• Maintain and enhance TEGNAs brand identity by refining design guidelines ensuring consistent and cohesive visuals across all marketing materials.
• Stay ahead of design trends and explore new techniques to keep TEGNAs marketing materials fresh and engaging for our audience.
• Ensure all creative assets align with brand standards and convey a unified message across owned and paid channels.
• ;Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to create new impactful visual concepts for marketing campaigns.
• Continuously optimize designs based on feedback performance metrics and industry trends.

Pay Range

$67000 - $130000 USD
