Client Account Executive Requirements & Preferred Experience :
- Associate's degree or equivalent 4-year degree in Sales, Business Administration, Management, Communication, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of entry-level experience in Sales, Customer Service, Business Development, Retail, Hospitality, or a related area.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse clients and Account Executive team members.
- A strong desire to learn entry-level skills and apply them consistently.
- Must be self-motivated, competitive, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.
Core Functions for our Account Executive
Identify potential residential and business clients and successfully finalize sales of all wireless products and services offered.Utilize foundational negotiation skills to effectively address customer concerns, answer their questions thoroughly, and quickly resolve any problems that may arise.Provide outstanding support to customers during every interaction related to products, the sales process, and any potential difficulties they encounter.Maintain a daily record of customer account information, conduct research within the assigned territory, and identify areas for improvement, reporting these insights to management to facilitate successful product launches.Work together with both new and experienced Account Executives to ensure the effective introduction of innovative products and achieve excellent results.
