Job description

Delivery Helpers Wanted

We are hiring Delivery Helpers to support deliveries throughout the Chicagoland area by riding along with CXI drivers. This is a physical and fast-paced role ideal for dependable and motivated individuals.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in loading and unloading deliveries
  • Ride with drivers to various delivery points
  • Follow delivery instructions and schedules
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with team and clients
  • Handle freight with care and attention to safety
  • Shift Length : Approx. 8 hours (may vary with traffic)

Requirements

  • Able to lift / pull up to 100 lbs (with assistance)
  • Read and understand delivery work orders
  • Punctual, reliable, and responsive
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

    • Important : Candidates must be reachable and available by 6 : 00 AM daily. The ability to replace workers promptly in case of call-offs or delays is expected.
