Advanced Practice Provider Role Scope

We have a growth opportunity for an Advanced Practice Provider (APP)who will enjoy :

Unique, 1 : 1 training with two neurosurgeons and 1 PA who are excellent teachers and enjoy mentoring their team!

OR Time available for APPs with first assist capability, - alternating OR time with one other surgical physician assistants in the office

Advanced minimally invasive surgeries

Established practice and staff who take time with their patients

Shift - PER DIEM

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or NP Masters program required

Licensed, or eligible to be licensed, as an NP or Physician Assistant in the state of Connecticut

Certification or eligible to be certified as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

If wishing to participate in OR coverage / first assist prefer >

2-year experience as a Surgical Physician Assistant in a Neurosurgery (spine and Cranial) or an Orthopedic setting.
