Your Impact

  • Handle a mixed docket spanning (pick at least two) : family law / divorce, trusts & estates, civil litigation, entertainment, personal injury, small-business advising, and—if interested—immigration.
  • Own cases start-to-finish : client intake, strategy, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and courtroom appearances.
  • Research & Draft high-stakes briefs, contracts, and pleadings rooted in the latest statutes and precedent.
  • Collaborate & Mentor —work hand-in-hand with paralegals, interns, and our AI tools to deliver lightning-fast, error-free work product.
  • Shape new practice areas —help build systems, templates, and marketing collateral as we expand beyond immigration.

Must-Haves

  • JD from an ABA-accredited law school and active Arizona bar license (or eligibility to waive in).
  • 3+ years’ experience in at least one of the listed practice areas, with willingness to cross-train.
  • Demonstrated courtroom and negotiation chops —you can switch from drafting to arguing without skipping a beat.
  • Superb legal research & writing —you translate complexity into client-friendly advice.
  • Track record of independent case management (25–40 active matters).
  • Tech-savvy mindset; comfortable in a paperless, AI-enhanced environment.
  • Bonus : fluency in Spanish, Tagalog, or another client-heavy language.

  • Prior experience in high-profile or media-sensitive cases (e.g., talent contracts, influencer deals).
  • Mediation or collaborative-law certifications.
  • Existing book of business eager for boutique-firm attention.
