MD Or Corporate Owned : OD owned - Private Practice

Reason for Job Opening : Last OD relocated to Texas

Partnership Opportunity : Could be a possibility in the future

Target Compensation : $135K / 4days a week with full benefits

Bonus Opportunity : Yearly bonuses are currently paid at Employer’s discretion

Retirement Program : 401K w / matching contribution up to 4%

Relocation : $8-10K for relocation assistance

Vacation / PTO : If working 4 days a week generally receive 16 days of PTO

Practice Management : ExamWriter / OfficeMate

Current patient volume : 3000-3250 patients a year per doctor

Support Staff : Full support staff; ophthalmic techs opticians etc

MDs on Staff : 2 MD’s currently on staff

ODs on Staff : 7 OD’s currently on staff

OD – patient per day expectation : 18-20 patients
