A company is looking for a Financial Clearance Specialist III - Authorizations Oncology. Key Responsibilities Process administrative and financial components of financial clearance, including insurance validation and pre-certification Initiate and track referrals, insurance verification, and authorizations for all encounters Coordinate and schedule services with providers and clinics while assisting management with denial issues Required Qualifications Proficient knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid MCO Plans, and commercial insurances Minimum 3-5 years of experience in healthcare billing and reimbursement analysis Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and oncology-related coding High School Diploma or equivalent Basic working knowledge of UB04 and Explanation of Benefits (EOB)
