• Provides nursing care using the Nursing Process by : Completing nursing assessment of patient and documenting appropriately in the patient chart. Develops a plan of care based upon the assessment of the patient. Implements plan of care and documents in the chart. (30%)
• Evaluates patient’s response to care and updates plan of care. (20%)
• Oversees the delegation of specifics of the patient plan of care to unit staff.
