We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mechanic to join our operations team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter capable of performing complex mechanical inspections and repairs with minimal supervision. In this role, you will be responsible for fleet maintenance, replacing defective components, and assisting with general facility maintenance to ensure our operations run smoothly and safely.
- Performs preventive maintenance
- Replaces defective components as instructed
- Other support duties as required to support ALL operations.
- Works unsupervised on most tasks
- Performs facility maintenance duties
- Completes complex and detailed mechanical inspections & repairs with minimal supervision
- Maintain a working knowledge of all facility systems and all applicable regulatory standards.
Requirement :
Three (3) years or more relevant work experience, preferredValid driver's license is requiredVocational or Technical Certification Post Secondary degree or Technical Certifications, preferredAbility to lift, lower, push, pull, and retrieve objects weighing a minimum of 50 poundsAble to work weekdays and / or weekendsAbility to work flexible hours (10am-6pm)Ability to safely work with hazardous materials.
