• 2 / 27 / 26 5pm-3 / 2 / 26 8am
• 3 / 6 / 26 5pm-3 / 16 / 26 5pm
• 3 / 27 / 26 5pm-3 / 30 / 26 8am

• Worksite Setting : Inpatient / Outpatient
• Scope of Work :

Level II

• 8a rounding
• 4-6 outpatient procedures schedule in endoscopy
• Typical Cases : EGD and Colonoscopies, and EUS and ERCP
• APP support; APP on call 8a-5p Monday Friday No weekends. Provider works solo nights and weekends
• 8-10 avg admissions while on call
• Licenses, Certifications, Requirements : Active PA license, BC, DEA, ACLS, BLS,
• EMR : Epic
