A company is looking for a Service Desk Administrator to provide technical support and manage service tickets in a hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for end users Manage the Service Desk ticketing and change management systems Maintain and improve documentation in the internal Knowledge Base Required Qualifications Strong experience supporting Windows and macOS environments Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory and Azure AD Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Intune / Endpoint Manager Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, etc.) Experience deploying and imaging workstations and supporting wireless networks
