Post-Acute Care Physician / Primary Care Physician opportunity in Duncanville TX

Excellent opportunity to provide quality compassionate care by rounding on adults in skilled nursing facilities. The position is a W2 full-time benefits eligible with target rounding at 4-5 days per week. We ask that you be board certified in family medicine (FM) or internal medicine (IM) with an active Texas license / DEA. Minimum of 1-2 years of similar experience preferred.
