Distribution Assistant

Description

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Enter and maintain operational data such as Manufacturing Order Numbers, Part Numbers, and Ballistic Lot Numbers.
• Manage Orders in excel to be staged and moved
• Maintain all freight shipments by order with scanning in the server
• Enter and maintain all QC sheets in excel
• Assist in the inspection and cleaning of finished goods for shipment.
• Maintain up to date training and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Order fulfillment, assisting with preparation of orders, including picking, packing and labeling to support production flow
• Helping and assisting in inventory management
• Verify and maintain maintenance sheets for Forklift / Reach in ISO
• Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
