Job Description :

This is a full-time on-site Quality Inspector role located in Redmond, WA. The Quality Inspector will be responsible for conducting quality control and assurance checks, managing quality processes, performing inspections, and utilizing analytical skills to ensure product integrity.

Essential Functions :

• Interpreting technical drawings and specifications to ensure piece parts and products meet drawing requirements
• Utilizing work instructions provided by manufacturing engineers to collect data
• Completing first article inspections (FAIs)
• In process inspections for drawing compliance
• Final assembly inspections for product acceptance and workmanship
• Cleanroom and laminar flow bench certification
• Electrical fabrication internal certification
• Receiving inspection processing – dock to stock

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $24.51 - $45.43. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is $21.15 - $39.18. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays.
