Position Summary

The role will provide support to multiple engineers and project managers. You will handle all requisitions for the departments assigned; in addition report the real time status of order fulfillment.

Reports To : Production Planning Manager

Position Responsibilities

• Assembles orders and prepares goods for shipment
• Receives unpacks inspects and stores incoming materials and supplies
• Uses shipping records to verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments and orders
• Documents damages and discrepancies for future reimbursement and reconciliation
• Coordinates inventory management warehousing and transportation activities in order to optimize inventory levels and minimize costs
