Job descriptionLeadership and direction Support and coaching on how to respond to customer and co-worker requests Excellent communication and a passion for working with people Opportunity to grow within the company and move into general management roles and beyond Execute the MIC (Manager-In-Charge) Success Routine and ensure responsibilities under People, Customers, and Service are completed Assist with Profit and Loss management by following cash control and security procedures, maintaining inventory, and managing labor Maintain a friendly attitude and excellent customer service skills Be detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize Oversee a team of associates in a fast-paced environment while ensuring all proper food safety precautions are met Demonstrate patience and a positive attitude while delegating tasks and giving instructions Work effectively and safely in a changing environment Make quick and appropriate decisions Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems Ensure all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned positions Understand the posted work schedule and report to work as scheduled, on time, in uniform, and ready to begin tasks; provide appropriate notice when unable to work Accurately record all hours worked using the approved timekeeping system Provide ongoing constructive and positive feedback to Team Members Actively participate in the training of Team Members Handle conflicts constructively and work with the RGM to achieve resolution Fully participate in delivering a WOW experience to every guest Education : High school diploma or GED required; college or university degree preferred Basic business math and accounting skills, with strong analytical and decision-making abilities Experience : Relevant supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility Must be at least 18 years old Must pass background check criteria and drug test Able to stock shelves and coolers Able to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry out trash containers, and place them in an outside bin Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping during 90% of shift time Disclaimer : You are applying to Central Florida Taco Bell, a franchisee of Taco Bell.
