Its full time role and we hiring local candidates as well Key Responsibilities : Carry out treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist. Assist patients with therapeutic activities and exercises. Observe, record, and report patients’ progress and responses to treatment. Instruct patients and families in the use of adaptive equipment and strategies for daily living. Collaborate with the Occupational Therapist to modify treatment plans as needed. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility, state, and federal guidelines. Ensure a safe and clean treatment environment.
