Subaru Lube Technician – Join Our Growing Team!

Location : New London, CT.

Department : Service Subaru.

Reports to : Service Manager.

Are you an entry-level automotive technician looking to start or grow your career with a trusted dealership? At Secor Subaru, we’re a busy, upbeat, and professional service center that’s been proudly serving New London County for over 40 years. We’re looking for a motivated Lube Technician to join our team and take advantage of hands-on training, career growth, and a supportive shop environment.

What You’ll Do :

  • Perform basic maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and filter replacements.
  • Conduct multi-point inspections and accurately document findings.
  • Keep your bay clean, organized, and ready for the next job.
  • Clock on and off all labor lines and complete repair orders clearly.
  • Test drive vehicles when required.
  • Support the service team and contribute to overall shop efficiency.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Valid driver’s license (required).
  • Basic automotive knowledge and eagerness to learn.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to follow company policies and safety procedures.
  • Professional appearance and reliable attendance.
