Director Family Medicine in IL

$380,000 with $50,000 Sign-On Bonus & No Call

Position Highlights :

  • Work-Life Balance : 4-Day Week with No Call

  • Sustainable Volume : 15-18 patients per day

Compensation & Benefits :

  • Competitive Compensation : $350k Salary GTD + Bonus
  • Sign-On Bonus / Relocation : $50,000
  • Additional Bonus Incentives : Production and Quality Bonus

    • Qualifications :

  • Degree : MD or DO
  • Certifications : BC or BE in Family Medicine
  • Licensure : Licensed or ability to obtain state licensure
  • Skillset : Family Practice - outpatient
