Charge RN - Surgery at Providence Seaside Hospital is 0.9 FTE time position working during weekdays and weekends on a day shift.

Required Qualifications :

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Upon hire : Oregon Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire : National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• Upon hire : RN license in state of hire and wherever care is provided
• Upon hire : National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association
• 1 year - Nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.
