An up and coming acoustics engineer (recent grad or a couple of years experience) focused on large-scale acoustical analysis, design, documentation, and validation for major projects such as arena / stadiums, convention centers, theaters, commercial space, residential buildings, and other large public venues.You Have :
Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, EASE, CadnaA / SoundPLAN and other modeling software is required. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.Your Location :

You would be responsible for all aspects of the acoustic design process :
Acoustical Modeling : Predict room acoustics and sound system performanceAssisting MEP Teams : Mechanical noise control modeling and analysisSound / Impact Isolation : Architectural review and analysisEnvironmental Noise : Surveys, measurements, 3D models, and formal documentationRecommendations to Project Design Team : Clear report writingSite Visits : Conduct measurements, validate performance, document results, create reportsWhat Makes You Successful :
Recent grad OR 1-3yrs in Acoustical Eng : Large-scale analysis, design, documentation, and validationProject Types : arena / stadiums, convention centers, theaters, large public venuesSoftware Skills : Revit, AutoCAD, EASE, CadnaA / SoundPLAN (and other modeling software)Education : Degree in acoustics, engineering, physics, architecture, or audio designUnderstanding of the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industryCTS or CTS-D certification is desirable but not requiredME Engineers' Contribution to You :
