Brightree is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Professional Services Consulting to lead a high-performing team of consultants and trainers responsible for customer onboarding and implementation of Brightree's HME Core and add-on modules. This role is pivotal in driving client success, employee engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and achieving financial and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision and strategic direction for the Professional Services Consulting team.
• Lead transformational initiatives that enhance team performance, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes.
• Team Management & Development
• Manage and mentor a team of consultants and trainers focused on onboarding and implementing HME Core and add-on modules.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate's geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

Subject to the absolute discretion of the company, this role may be eligible for an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and / or individual performance.

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is : Total Base Pay Range $182,000.00 - $272,000.00 USD Annual USD Annual USD Annual.

For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate's geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
