Position : RN-MedSurg (Travel / Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-MedSurg for a 13-week contract in Biddeford, Maine — earn up to ($2252 - $2371 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in a MedSurg setting.

Participate in continuous professional development and training.

Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.

Utilize data to assess and improve patient care outcomes.

Support a culture of accountability and high performance.

Assist in achieving departmental and organizational targets.

Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment.

Educate patients and families on health management and recovery.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.

Experience / Qualifications

Current RN license in the state of Maine or compact state.

Commitment to continuous professional development and training opportunities.

Experience in MedSurg nursing with a focus on patient-centered care.

Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols in healthcare settings.

Track record of achieving departmental and organizational performance targets.

Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams.

Ability to educate patients and families on health management effectively.

Proficiency in documenting patient care and monitoring treatment progress.

Ability to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
