Medical Assistant / Scribe

Significant experience as a Scribe or Certified Medical Assistant will be best for our high paced and detail oriented environment. Pre-professional and gap year students who can provide a consistent commitment to the position are also welcomed.

Responsibilities

Rooming, scribing and patient education during clinical encounters.

Stocking, cleaning, prepping and managing medical supplies daily.

Following detailed protocols for medical procedures and equipment maintenance.

Telephone encounters with patients and other medical offices.

Prior authorization management.

Coordination among teammates for daily schedules and clinic flow.

Qualifications

Two or more years of experience in a medical office setting preferred.

Attention to detail with stamina for busy clinic days.

Goal oriented and team aware.

Full time preferred.
