Our therapists enjoy the perfect balance of clinical autonomy, collaborative support, and work-life harmony in Florida's vibrant capital city.  Responsibilities : You’ll achieve success by :     Reviewing patients medical history  Provide excellent 1 : 1 care for your patients, spending an average of 40 minutes with each person Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns  Developing individualized treatment plans for patients  with clear goals and expected outcomes Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury   Recording patient progress and modifying the plan of care as needed    Qualifications : Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited programCurrent Florida PT license or eligibilityPassion for patient-centered, evidence-based careCollaborative mindset and excellent communication skillsCommitment to continuous learning and professional growthInterest in contributing to our positive clinic culture Confluent Health and Tallahassee Orthopedic & Sports Physical Therapy provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetics.
