ARRT (R) Required\n\nLength - 13 weeks\nShift -Days\nSchedule -3x12\nStart Date - 1 / 19 / 2025\n\nPerforms all radiographic examinations according to Vail Health Protocols.\n\nAssists Radiologist with all fluoroscopic procedures.\nOperates large C-arm and O-arm under the direction of the surgeon.\nIdentifies each patient and reviews exam order for consistency of examination ordered with clinical diagnosis. Reviews consistency of all demographic information including physicians name and signature, patients name, and date.\nMaintains constructive collaborative communication with patients, families, physicians, co-workers, and other members of health care team to contribute to continuity of care.\nMaintains established department policies and procedures, objectives, confidentiality, quality assurance, safety, environmental standards, radiation protection standards, infection control standards, and universal precautions.\nMaintains working knowledge and use of the Vail Health HIS and PACS computer systems to ensure quality patient documentation.\nMonitor supply inventory and notify appropriate staff for ordering when stock is low. Keep exam and dressing rooms stocked and neat.\nRole models the principles of a Just Culture and Organizational Values.\nPerforms other duties as assigned. Must be HIPAA compliant\n\n\n\n\nExperience : \n\nMinimum One year of experience in radiology preferred.\n\nLicense(s) : \n\nAmerican Registry of Radiologic Technologists : ARRT (R) required.\n\nCertification(s) : \n\nBasic Life Support (BLS) required.\n\nComputer / Typing : \n\nMust possess, or be able to obtain within 90 days, the computers skills necessary to complete online learning requirements for job-specific competencies, access online forms and policies, etc.\n\nMust have working knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English.\nEducation : \n\nN / A\n\n\nAGE SPECIFIC POPULATIONS : \n\nNeonatal / Infant (0-11 months) - Required\nPediatrics (1-12 years) - Required\nAdolescence (13-17 years) - Required\nYoung adult / Adult (18-64 years) - Required\nAdult / Middle -ages (65-79 years) - Required\nGeriatric (80+ years) - Required\n\n
