Senior Performance Audit Consultant

Join our team as a Senior Performance Audit Consultant, where you will play a key role in ensuring that our operations handle customer interactions with accuracy and efficiency, leaving a positive impression of our brand. Your responsibilities will include executing audit programs, validating reported results, and presenting valuable updates and recommendations at various events. You will also contribute to strategic planning by creating materials, presentations, and documentation, while developing and improving standard operating procedures for departmental functions.

Your key responsibilities will include :

• Overseeing the execution of Operational Audit Programs for Plans, focusing on local and inter-Plan claim processing, customer service processing, and enrollment processing.
• Analyzing performance results and leading cross-functional meetings with Plan stakeholders to develop and fulfill action plans for each performance program.
• Developing and administering audit initiatives and programs that impact internal and external stakeholders.
• Providing educational support to Plans, helping them understand and execute operational and audit requirements in both formal and informal settings through training sessions, webinars, Help Desk support, and collaborative meetings.

Salary Range : $92,788.00 - $105,000.00
