Details / Requirements :

9 / 15-9 / 22 weekday clinic + weekend call. 9 / 22-9 / 26 weekday clinic. 10 / 13-10 / 20 weekday clinic + weekend call. 10 / 20-10 / 24 weekday clinic. 11 / 10-11 / 17 weekday clinic + weekend call. 11 / 17-11 / 21 weekday clinic. 12 / 8-12 / 15 weekday clinic + weekend call. 12 / 15-12 / 19 weekday clinic.

90% Hematology, 10% Oncology.

Monday-Friday, 8-hour clinic days with night call. If dates include weekend call, that is Friday night thru Monday morning 8am.

Onc consults in hospital as needed.

Board Certified Medical Oncology and / or Hematology.

Active Indiana license or IMLC. BLS, DEA.

EPIC required.
