JOB DESCRIPTION : We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as for this hybrid role of both sales and customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving any issues or concerns they may have, and cross selling to the customers you are servicing.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Respond to customer inquiries in person, via phone, and by email in a timely and professional mannerProvide accurate and detailed information about insurance policies, coverage options, and claims processesAssist customers with policy renewals, changes, and cancellationsCollaborate with the sales team to cross-sell and up-sell insurance products and servicesUpdate customer records and maintain accurate and up-to-date informationMeet or exceed established customer service goals and performance metricsQUALIFICATIONS :
Property / Casualty license (must currently hold)Life / Health license (preferred, must be able to obtain)Prior State Farm experience preferredAble to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team membersExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentAbility to cross sell or generate cross sell leads for our sales teamIf you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a strong understanding of insurance policies and procedures, we encourage you to apply.
