Salary : $81,348 - $107,964 annually

Your responsibilities will include :

• Planning, preparing, and directing dietary activities in licensed areas of a healthcare facility.
• Interpreting and applying standards related to Dietary Services.
• Establishing clear guidelines for therapeutic and special diets based on physician orders, and overseeing the preparation and service of these diets.
• Selecting, training, and evaluating Dietary Service staff including cooks, dietitians, and inmate-workers.
• Inspecting food facilities to ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and housekeeping standards.
