Registered Nurse / PCU Float : Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : Night 3x12-Hour (19 : 00 - 07 : 30) Description : PCU Float RN provides intermediate-level care to patients across multiple Progressive Care Units based on staffing needs. They assess patient conditions, administer medications, monitor telemetry, and manage patients with evolving clinical needs. The nurse adapts quickly to different unit workflows, collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, and responds to changes in patient status. They maintain accurate documentation and deliver safe, compassionate care in a fast-paced, flexible environment. Could be required to float within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity.
