Position Summary

The Physical Therapist Assistant screens, treats patients / residents, documents services and communicates with families and interdisciplinary team members while facilitating optimization of patient / resident mobility and activities of daily living.

Full-time benefits start on the first day of the month following your start date!

USD $32.00 - USD $32.00 / Hr.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provides professional Physical Therapy services.
• Completes documentation accurately and timely.
• Participates in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement initiatives.
