Connected Health Care is seeking a dedicated and skilled Travel Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a 13-week assignment in Union City, California. Job Responsibilities :

Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans

Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and mobility routines

Monitor and document patient progress

Communicate effectively with the care team and patients

Maintain a clean, safe, and motivating therapy environment

Qualifications :

Active California PTA license

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Current BLS certification

Previous experience preferred but not required
