Non-Invasive Cardiologist opening NW of Pittsburgh, PA

Seeking a BC / BE Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join an expanding team in western Pennsylvania.

Details / Benefits :

• Full-time position
• The successful candidate will enjoy a clinical academic appointment and provide inpatient / outpatient services at two locations.
• Responsibilities include inpatient cardiology consultations, critical care services, ECG analysis, interpretation of transthoracic echocardiograms, performing and interpreting transesophageal echocardiograms, and cardiac nuclear studies, with an option to teach.
• Work is scheduled in weekly rotations with other cardiologists within the practice.
• Weekend coverage is shared 1 : 4.
• The team currently comprises 4 full-time cardiologists (including 1 interventionalist and 3 non-invasive cardiologists) and 5 APPs serving two suburban areas near Pittsburgh.
• Additional part-time services are provided by 3 Electrophysiologists (including pacemaker clinics), a Heart Failure specialist, 4 vascular surgeons, and 1 cardiothoracic surgeon.
• Full diagnostic services available, including 2 cath labs.
