Sales Operations Specialist

Genesis10 is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist for a 3–4 month contract position with a manufacturing client located in New Holland, PA. This role is 100% onsite. Pay Rate : $37.00 - $41.00 per hour, depending on skill and experience level. Summary : The Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for developing sales and operations plans that drive key financial and market share objectives. This position also manages order lifecycles, forecasting, and supply chain process improvements that directly impact dealer, supplier, and customer relationships. The role requires close collaboration with manufacturing, logistics, and sales teams to ensure on-time delivery of products and strong customer service. Responsibilities : Develop retail, wholesale, company, and dealer inventory plans, aligning production requirements with market share and financial targets. Collaborate with marketing to align sales plans with financial goals, product launches, and order programs. Provide industry recommendations based on market intelligence and statistical models. Manage dealer order lifecycle using SAP, including delivery scheduling, order priorities, configuration changes, and constraints. Develop and execute Sales & Operations plans, mitigating risks and achieving wholesale objectives. Create sales performance analytics and visualizations to drive strategic planning by product, share, and gross margin. Provide customer support for key stakeholders, including dealers, sales staff, and marketing. Track KPIs and metrics to identify areas for improvement and process optimization. Required Experience : Strong passion for results and delivering on commitments. Highly analytical with investigative and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet global deadlines. Proficiency with SAP revenue cycle processes. Professional communication skills across all organizational levels. Self-starter with initiative to improve processes and systems. Preferred Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 2+ years of experience in supply chain or information systems, including forecasting models, data mining, analytics, and operations optimization. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Solver and VBA. Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
