Job Responsibilities :

Deliver exceptional care to post-acute residents nearby.

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as eating, hygiene, and grooming.

Ensure a clean, safe, and hazard-free environment for residents.

Support the transportation and movement of residents as necessary.

Document vital signs and report residents' conditions to the nursing team.

Follow care plans and comply with all relevant policies and regulations.

Build trusting relationships with residents through engaging interactions.

Facilitate clear communication among staff, residents, and families.

Qualifications and Skills :

Must possess a current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification.

Familiarity with nursing care procedures and medical terminology is essential.

Strong communication skills with patients, families, and medical personnel.

Attention to detail is crucial.

Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
