Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Greater Pittsburgh Area. This role is dedicated to maintaining and expanding customer relationships, ensuring service satisfaction, and driving revenue growth within assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Communication : Maintain regular contact with customers, with a minimum of bi-annual check-ins.
- Service Satisfaction : Monitor and ensure customer satisfaction with our services.
- Opportunity Identification : Identify upsell opportunities, additional service days, and new service needs.
- Contact Verification : Keep customer contact information accurate and current.
- Value Proposition : Re-sell our value proposition when there are changes in customer personnel.
- Feedback Collection : Gather and act on customer feedback to improve service offerings.
- Referral Generation : Encourage and secure customer referrals.
- CRM Management : Maintain accurate CRM records and activity logs.
- New Business Development : Conduct outside sales, generate leads, and acquire new accounts.
- Revenue Strategy : Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and gross profit margins.
- Service Issue Communication : Relay service issues or customer requests to the operations coordinator and supervisor.
- Account Reassignment : Understand that account assignments may change at management’s discretion.

Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer successStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated with a results-driven approachFamiliarity with CRM systems and sales reportingAbility to work independently and manage a territoryValid driver’s license and reliable transportation
