As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail locations to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a welcoming environment for all. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to the public, and provide outstanding customer service. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activities and provide a visible Allied Universal presence. Observe and report any suspicious activities or hazards in and around the premises. Assist with access control and monitor entry and exit points as required by site procedures. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding incidents and daily activities. Support emergency response efforts and coordinate with local authorities or first responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
