Sales Director

SALES DIRECTOR (Boca Raton, FL)

Our client is a leading provider of consumer, business-to-business, and industrial digital imaging solutions to the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean markets.

They are currently seeking a US-based Sales Director, responsible to drive and develop their business across US, Canada, LATAM and South America.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule, requiring 3 days in the office / 2 days out. Based on business needs, office attendance may be affected and requirements may change.

Responsibilities

• Drive and develop business performance across multiple geographical regions, assuring performance is in line with strategic planning via all sales channels
• Manage and run the product group’s . sales organization while developing additional business
• Manage product’s partner and customer base while concurrently expanding
• Expand current relationships by onboarding new value-added resellers, business process outsources and service centers
• Develop long-term plans and execution for success across all sales channels
• Measure success and achievements through KPIs
• Run campaigns in collaboration with brand’s partners and establish development plans accordingly
• Proficient across all B2B channels to hit established goals
• Be a change agent, identifying and driving changes and bringing them to fruition
• Work collaboratively across internal business units across Europe and the .
• Be a voice and active participant within the Executive Management Team

Qualifications

Salary : $150,000-$175,000 plus $50K additional / potential compensation
