Software Engineering Co-op for Data Platform

Our mission is clear : to empower healthcare's innovators by translating complex patient histories into user-friendly information at the point of care. Founded in 2021 by Jonathan Bush, a leader in health tech, we collaborate with health information exchanges (HIEs) and data networks to centralize patient clinical information.

As a Software Engineering Co-op, you will be a vital part of our Data Acquisition team, tasked with collecting and utilizing health data from various internal and external sources. Your role will involve creating software that interacts with diverse health data networks and first-party systems, ensuring efficient data collection related to our patients. You will work on high-volume data processes and develop services that meet the needs of our customers and internal teams.

The position offers an exciting opportunity to work with large-scale data using AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, and S3. Although Go is our primary programming language, you may also encounter components developed in JavaScript / TypeScript and Python. The team manages the deployment, maintenance, and operation of its data pipelines and services.
