• Autonomous Practice Design : Whether you’re interested in a balanced mix of adult and general pediatric ENT or focusing on a specific subspecialty within the full spectrum of Otolaryngology and Head & Neck Surgery, we will tailor your practice to your strengths and passions.

• Flexible Pediatric Opportunities : While exclusive pediatric ENT is managed through Children’s Hospital of Illinois (CHOI), our strong partnership with CHOI allows for meaningful pediatric exposure as part of a mixed practice.

$465000.00 / annually - $517024.00 / annuallyDetails :

Full time, clinical base salary pay range for this position : $465,000-$517,024. Range shown should be used as an estimate and can be impacted by many factors including but not limited to the critical need of the position, overall experience and qualifications, community need, and other considerations. Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement.
