Requirements

Ideal Candidate Profile :

  • 2+ years of successful sales experience with entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong preference for agricultural industry background (equipment, commodities, farm services)
  • Experience in rural markets, industrial sales, or relationship-based industries valued
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new business and manage existing customer relationships
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with agricultural community
  • Existing network or connections within agricultural markets preferred
  • Comfortable with technology platforms and CRM systems
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic with persistence and resilience
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively.
