Key Responsibilities Oversees Payment Posting Department operations, including staff management and training Plans and evaluates departmental objectives and performance metrics Compiles reports for senior management and conducts regular team meetings for improvement suggestions Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Bachelor's degree and / or equivalent experience in a related field preferred At least four (4) years of revenue cycle experience preferred At least two (2) years of supervisory / management experience preferred At least two (2) years of posting experience preferred
