Proposal Manager

A company is looking for an Area Proposal Manager responsible for planning and executing proposal development. Key Responsibilities Manage the proposal process from initial awareness to delivery and follow-up Analyze RFx documents and develop compliance matrices Lead and motivate pursuit teams for strategy sessions and proposal reviews Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business or related discipline 4-7 years of experience with public / private sector proposals Experience with E-Sourcing platforms and MS Office applications Familiarity with Qvidian or similar tools preferred Ability to engage with executive leadership and manage time effectively
