Physical Therapist - (PT)

One of our partner facilities in California is looking to hire a full-time Physical Therapist (Clinician - PT).

Responsibilities :

• Provide quality care for patients receiving physical therapy services, including examination, evaluation, diagnosis, prognosis, intervention, and outcomes.
• Complete all required documentation (pre-certifications, physicians reports, daily notes, etc.).
• Evaluate and treat patients of all ages and supervise assistants and aides.
• Provide excellent physical therapy services for patients, caregivers, and facilities with little oversight.
• Maintain open and positive communication with co-workers, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
