One of our partner facilities in California is looking to hire a full-time Physical Therapist (Clinician - PT).
Responsibilities :
- Provide quality care for patients receiving physical therapy services, including examination, evaluation, diagnosis, prognosis, intervention, and outcomes.
- Complete all required documentation (pre-certifications, physicians reports, daily notes, etc.).
- Evaluate and treat patients of all ages and supervise assistants and aides.
- Provide excellent physical therapy services for patients, caregivers, and facilities with little oversight.
- Maintain open and positive communication with co-workers, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
Required Skills & Abilities :
Team player with leadership abilities.Strong organizational, time management, and clinical problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills.Proficiency in computer skills for documentation and reporting.Qualifications :
Must be a graduate of Physical Therapy program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).Bachelor or master's degree in Physical Therapy.Valid state Physical Therapy license required.At least 6 months of Physical Therapy experience.Active CPR certification.Benefits :
