Responsibilities

  • Provide effective, timely, and consistently improving office services support for assigned units.
  • Maintain established work processes and workflow tailored to the unit's specialties.
  • Deliver efficient and proficient services for principals within the unit's procedures.
  • Offer reliable back-up service for other units or principals as needed.
  • Ensure courteous and effective communication for the unit and its principals.
  • Meet work deadlines with minimal issues for principals or superiors.

Qualifications

  • Basic office skills.
  • Recent graduate from a or -year program.
  • Experience with SAP and ability to navigate T codes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with a wide range of automated office and IT equipment.
  • Adaptability to evolving office equipment technology and software.

    • Additional Requirements

    Must possess a valid driver’s license and current state-required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to access Client and Company property.
