Title : SAP Business Solutions Manager Record to Report (R2R)

Location : Northwest Houston near Jersey Village, TX 77064 (In-office role, 5 days onsite per week, THIS IS A MUST)

Role Overview : The Business Solutions Manager R2R will lead transformation initiatives within the R2R value stream, driving process optimization, innovative solutions, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires challenging current-state thinking, recommending improvements, and supporting the adoption of new solutions while maintaining compliance and governance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the internal technical champion for R2R transformation initiatives.
• Support end-to-end R2R processes, aligning with strategic business objectives.
• Define comprehensive technical process requirements.
• Oversee process governance and performance monitoring.
• Identify opportunities for process and system optimization.
• Engage stakeholders and support adoption of implemented initiatives.
