LocumJobsNetwork is working with Barton Associates to find a qualified Critical Care MD in Ohio!

About The Position

We are seeking a Critical Care Medicine Physician for a 15-day locum tenens assignment in Ohio starting Feb 13, 2026. This role involves 12-hour shifts and coverage for 1-2 weekends each month, including a mix of rounds and call. Candidates should have experience with ICU and intensivist cases and be comfortable with pressure control ventilation strategies.

Responsibilities and Duties

Provide critical care and intensivist services in the ICU

Manage patients using pressure control ventilation as preferred

Conduct patient rounds, manage admissions, and respond to emergent situations

Participate in weekend call coverage as outlined in the schedule

Document all patient care activities in Epic EMR

Additional Information

Active Ohio medical license required

Experience in ICU and critical care medicine preferred

Board certification requirements not specified
